You should be absolutely sure that you are about to commit yourself to purchasing the items on your order and that you are agreeing to Wolfit’s conditions which will become part of the contract with you.
Delete any item you have on your order but decide you no longer want to purchase,
Change the quantity of any item on your order,
Determine the delivery charges,
Recalculate after making any changes to determine the exact amount of the payment you are about to make.

This data is necessary to progress your order and will not be used for any other purpose except with your permission.
You will be given the opportunity to add the delivery address. You must make sure this is correct. Wolfit cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery if these details are not entered or are incorrect.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by email or phone . You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
If for any reason it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated on this website we will advise you by email or phone.
Ordering, Payment and Delivery of Goods continued
Wolfit will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days.
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract.
You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you either at the time of completed delivery to you or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time and place for no good reason.
Goods supplied are not for resale.
Once payment has been accepted then a contract has been made between you and Wolfit. However you still have a right to cancel the order. If you change your mind about wanting your order you can cancel the order from the time it is made to seven working days after you receive the goods.
You must inform Wolfit of the cancellation in writing to Wolfit The Pet Shop,14 Monson Road,Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1ND or by email to email@example.com.
If you cancel your contract before the goods have been processed for delivery any sum debited to us from your credit card will be credited back to your account as soon as possible.
If you cancel your contract but either we have already processed the goods for delivery or you have already received them you must not unpack the goods and you are responsible for returning the goods in good condition to Wolfit and for all the costs incurred. When we receive the goods in good condition any sum debited to us from your credit card will be credited back to your account as soon as possible and no longer than a period of thirty days.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or we do not deliver to your area, or one or more of the goods you ordered was incorrectly listed on the website.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or phone and discuss any alternatives possible. If necessary we will credit back to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within thirty days of your order.
