Wolfit the pet shop Rewards Terms & Conditions

The Rewards is a joint initiative operated by Wolfit The Pet Shop Ltd (Wolfit) and Crowborough Pet Supplies Ltd (The Pet Food Shop). By joining, you become a member of our independent local group, and your rewards travel with you across all three of our locations.

1. Membership & Data Sharing

To allow you to earn and redeem points in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Crowborough your data is shared between our two companies. We act as Joint Data Controllers to ensure your rewards are available at e

very counter. We will never sell your data to anyone outside of our group. Requests to exercise your data rights (such as access or deletion) can be made at any of our three locations or via email.

2. Earning Points

• 1 point per £1 spent (excluding delivery charges).
• 100 points = £1 off your next purchase.
• Works at all 3 shops: Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Crowborough,
• Identify yourself before payment: Present your card or confirm your details at the till. Points cannot be added retrospectively.
• Minimum spend: £1 per transaction to qualify for points.
• Refunds: Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if that item is returned.

3. Redeeming Points

• Redeem anytime once you have reached 100+ points.
• Points worth £0.01 each (e.g., 500 points = £5.00 off).
• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. 
• Non-transferable: Points have no cash value and cannot be traded.

4. Brand Loyalty & Multi-Buys

In addition to our points scheme, we offer specific brand loyalty “stamps” (e.g., Buy 5, Get 1 Free). These are subject to the individual terms of the pet food manufacturers and may vary by brand.

5. Your Data & Privacy

We track your name, contact details, and purchase history to manage your points and send you special offers (only if you opt-in!). You have the right to access your data for free or request deletion at any time. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us ([email protected]) or visiting any store; points will be cancelled immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice via email or in-store signage.
